Anon, you have to understand that it’s not easy to come by star performers. Sure, the grunts may be a little more replaceable, but they’re not any less valuable.
With that being said, you’d find me hard pressed into firing anyone.
I’m sure each of them have their little quirks that irritate me from time to time, but it’s usually not something that would make me want to put them on the wheel and purposely let my hand slip….usually.
